The Kitimat Community Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide leadership and oversight in support of the Foundation's charitable purpose and long-term sustainability.
We have chosen to work with the Prince George Community Foundation for the investment of our funds and to share their expertise in having a successful Community Foundation.

Foundation Membership
Membership in the Kitimat Community Foundation is open to individuals and organizations.
Annual membership fees are:
- Individuals: $10
- Organizations: $25
Membership fees help support the Foundation's administrative costs.
Our Annual General Meeting is held each fall, and members are encouraged to attend, learn about the Foundation's activities, and take part in its future.
Investment Partnership
The Kitimat Community Foundation works with the Prince George Community Foundation for the investment of its funds and benefits from its experience and expertise in community foundation management.
